After three editions held online, the 31st edition of our European Biomass Conference & Exhibition will be a real, in-person event, in Bologna.
EUBCE is the largest biomass conference and exhibition in the world that brings together the greatest minds and latest advancements in biomass, with the aim of accelerating research and market uptake across the globe.
Fit4Micro will attend EUBCE 2023, being one of its main aims the one of developing a microCHCP unit running on sustainable liquid biofuels – and hence using bio-based products for producing energy.
In this regard, EUBCE represents an important occasion for disseminating the project’s main activities and results, together with the chance of discussing technologies applications and solutions for the production and utility of biomass.
Fit4Micro will be presented in Topic n.3 “Biomass, bio-based products and bioenergy integration“, during the poster session “Biogas, Regional Energy Transition and Renewable Heat“, a session focused on biomass integration in energy systems, for example biogas and biomethanation, combined heat and power, and district heating. The poster presentation will be on Wednesday, the 7th of June, 11:45 – 12:45.
The Project will also be introduced by our Coordinator, Michel Delanaye, during the Workshop “High efficiency and low emissions CHP technologies from biogenic residues” organized by the BLAZE Project, a Horizon 2020 project to develop an innovative, highly efficient and fuel-flexible technology for combined heat and power from biomass. The workshop will be on Tuesday, the 6th of June, 16:15 – 18:30.
Finally, the Fit4Micro Project will be in the EUBCE Exhibition Area for the whole week, at booth n.15, where visitors can find all the most important informations about the Project’s activities.
